1. Delivery & Shipping

Local and nationwide options; tracking provided for shipped orders.

  • Local Delivery (Snohomish County & Surrounding Areas) — Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) are generally eligible for next‑day delivery. Delivery windows vary by route (typically 10 AM–6 PM).
  • Nationwide Shipping — We ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for addresses outside our local delivery area. Shipping costs are shown at checkout unless included in product pricing.
  • Exceptions — No regular deliveries on Sundays or major holidays unless arranged ahead of time. Weather or carrier issues can affect timing.

2. Custom Orders & Event Styling

Handmade, curated experiences—designed with care.

  • We provide sketches, photos, or written outlines for approval before production begins.
  • Custom and personalized orders are treated as final sale once production starts. We strive to accommodate reasonable adjustments during the planning stage.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Contact us within 24 hours if you need to modify or cancel an order.
  • Expedited or next‑day orders may be processed too quickly to cancel. Deposits for events/custom projects are typically non‑refundable.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Custom / Personalized Items: Final sale.
  • Pre‑curated / Shipped Items: Report damage or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery for review.
  • Perishables: Report issues within 24 hours to be eligible for replacement or refund review.
