What is the turnaround time for gifts?
- Our standard turnaround time is 4 business days. This allows us to carefully personalize, package, and prepare your gift with love before it's on its way to you! Need it sooner? Reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate rush requests.
What is the turnaround time for College Care Packs?
- Our standard turnaround time is 4 business days + the USPS shipping (priority flat-rate).
Do you ship gift baskets?
- No, we do not ship gift baskets. Only our College Care Packs are available for shipping. All other physical products are available for local delivery & pickup.
Can College Care Packs be picked up or delivered locally?
- Yes, however we do not recommend this as it will change the timeline of shipment to your student. After the box is in your possession, you will be responsible for drop off to USPS.
Can I add something from home to the College Care Pack?
- If you are local to our shop and would like to drop off something to be included in the box, we are happy to accommodate that. Please note that this can alter the shipment timeline.
